Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $13.00/hour

Annual Performance Bonus (LTI): We reward loyalty and excellence. Eligible staff can earn an annual cash bonus that grows every year you stay with us:

Year 1: Up to $1,000 Bonus

Year 2: Up to $2,000 Bonus

Year 3: Up to $3,000 Bonus

Year 4 & Beyond:
Up to $4,000 CASH BONUS every year.

(Bonuses are based on attendance, room inspection scores, and tenure.)

Provide high-quality cleaning and "resetting" of guest suites to our new, higher standards.

Change linens, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms with extreme attention to detail.

Work with our General Manager to ensure every guest walks into a "5-Star" clean room.

Represent the "New" Comfort Suites with a professional and friendly attitude.

Reliability is Key: You must have a history of showing up on time and ready to work.

Detail-Oriented: You don't just "clean"—you make sure the room is perfect.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift.

Transportation: Reliable transportation to 89th Street in Galveston.
