Executive Cleaning Idaho is a commercial cleaning company serving 1,000,000 sq ft of commercial space across the Treasure Valley. We take pride in reliable service and a team that holds itself to a high standard.

Senior Janitorial position will include 8 hours of cleaning and maintaining an office building; minimum 5 years of experience in the office cleaning industry. Strong understanding of how to clean an office building. Fluent English, a driver's license, and capability of ussing smartphone are mandatory.

• Starting wage: $18.00/Hr

• Performance review every 6 months — $0.25/Hr increase per review, up to $20.00/Hr

-Wage increase negotiation based on performance

• Performance-based bonuses

• 6 days PTO per 12-month period (After 90 days in the company)

• Clean and maintain assigned commercial properties according to scope of work

• Perform tasks including restroom cleaning, office cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, and trash removal

• Complete daily task checklists and report to Swept

• Follow all ECI safety and conduct standards on client sites

• Communicate professionally with supervisors via company tools (Swept)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or professional janitorial work

• Driver’s License and reliable transportation to work

• Strong attention to detail and consistent work quality

• Ability to work independently and follow a schedule
