Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility by following safety standards and procedures, including safety sweeps and hazardous materials handling;
Clean all areas of the facility such as floors, restrooms, and trash receptacles according to procedures and using approved chemicals and equipment;
Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and manage disposal of cardboard, plastic, and trash in line with environmental program;
Maintain appropriate stock of chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders when supplies are low;
Support a positive member experience by ensuring a safe, clean, and well-presented facility for both members and associates.
