Position Details:
- Pay: $25.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
- Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm.
Purpose:
The Facilities, Maintenance Technician role requires a broad range of basic maintenance skills to support the efficient operation of property. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following areas of basic routine, preventative and emergency maintenance:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- PLC’s knowledge
- Conveyor knowledge
- HVAC
- Carpentry
- Mechanical
- Painting and Drywall Repair
- Locks & Keys
- Janitorial, Grounds and Snow Removal
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and processes used in facility maintenance.
- Operate a radio and mobile phone.
- Lift or move 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills
- Performs Daily/Monthly/Quarterly Preventive Maintenance and safety checks
- Performs maintenance, repairs, and installations on various equipment within guidelines of processes and standards.
- Maintains, replaces, builds, adjusts, and modifies the facilities, buildings, and the grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non-emergency situations.
- Performs general housekeeping duties and keep maintenance area orderly and clean as required. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary reports and paperwork.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal; demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years’ experience in the facilities maintenance field
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter;
Adhere to OSHA safety regulations approved standards, policies and procedures
Interface with peers, staff, vendors, contractors to appropriately resolve issues.
Be able to be on-call
Compensation
$25.00/hour (Depending on Experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr
