Job Description
The Facilities, Maintenance Technician role requires a broad range of basic maintenance skills to support the efficient operation of property. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following areas of basic routine, preventative and emergency maintenance.

Position Details- Pay: $25.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
- Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 8:30pm
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and processes used in facility maintenance.
- Operate a radio and mobile phone.
- Lift or move 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills
- Perform Daily/Monthly/Quarterly Preventive Maintenance and safety checks
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on various equipment within guidelines of processes and standards.
- Maintain, replace, build, adjust, and modify the facilities, buildings, and the grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non-emergency situations.
- Perform general housekeeping duties and keep maintenance area orderly and clean as required. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary reports and paperwork.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal; demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years’ experience in the facilities maintenance field
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter;
- Adhere to OSHA safety regulations, approved standards, policies, and procedures
- Interface with peers, staff, vendors, contractors to appropriately resolve issues.
- Be able to be on-call
