Conduct maintenance travel paths and plan/prioritize preventive and routine maintenance within the restaurant;
Partner with Area Facilities team where issues require additional support;
Help maintain cooking equipment including troubleshooting, cleaning, sanitizing, calibrating, and basic to intermediate repairs;
Conduct basic HVAC support, such as changing air filters and belts, monitoring cleanliness, and basic cleaning;
Maintain fryer system by ensuring oil filtration is completed, fryers are kept clean, and grease build-up is maintained
