Timberland Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Reserve at Moonlight in Gardner, KS. The role covers routine and preventive maintenance for a 294-unit community, including turnover work and safety compliance.
The position offers a Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM schedule with on-call rotation and incentive/bonus opportunities. Qualifications include 2+ years in maintenance and an EPA HVAC license; CPO preferred.
