Job Responsibilities
- Perform first-level preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
- Carry out routine interventions in electricity, plumbing, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Ensure general maintenance of premises and equipment.
- Diagnose simple malfunctions and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Monitor the proper functioning of installations and report any anomalies.
- Follow up on interventions using a maintenance software.
- Use common computer tools (email, report entry, follow-up of intervention requests).
Candidate Profile
- Significant experience in multi-technical maintenance or building maintenance.
- Basic knowledge in electricity, plumbing, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Electrical certification preferred.
- CACES desirable.
- Proficiency with computer tools is essential.
- Autonomy, versatility, and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Conditions
- Long-term replacement assignment.
- Start as soon as possible.
- Hours 8am-12pm / 1:30pm-4:30pm
