Overview

We have an opening for a part time JANITOR position.

GM Garland - 3635 Shiloh, Garland, TX 75041.

Schedule:

Part time;
Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm or 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Rotating Fridays, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Pay Range: $20.50 per hour to $21.00 per hour.

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly. Performs cleaning duties as assigned.
• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusts and damp mops floors; moves equipment and furniture for cleaning and places furniture back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of applicable materials and equipment; sanitizes surfaces and follows the eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for occupants.
• Seeks out areas requiring cleaning and takes initiative to complete tasks.
• Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state and local guidelines.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpet as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Prior janitorial experience required.
• This position may require traveling to the Coppel Site every other Friday.
