Drivers Are Especially Encouraged to Apply

Applicants with a valid Texas driver's license may qualify for our Driver Achievement Bonus of up to $10 per day, in addition to their regular pay, bonuses, overtime opportunities, and tips.

We hire both drivers and non-drivers. Drivers may work in either a Team Lead or Cleaning Partner role, depending on experience, qualifications, and business needs.

Non-drivers are also encouraged to apply and have opportunities for advancement within our company.

Our performance bonus program rewards quality work, attendance, customer satisfaction, teamwork, and productivity.

Many team members earn an additional $200-$600+ per month through performance incentives and achievement bonuses.

Professional residential house-cleaning experience is preferred.

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• Approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Plus one or two Saturdays per month as part of our regular work schedule.
• No evening shifts.

• Ability to pass a background check

• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bending, lifting, and reaching
• Valid Texas driver's license preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• House-cleaning experience preferred
