Cleaning Specialist – Commercial Facilities Looking for a dependable, hardworking Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team! This position services an office building in the Garland Texas area.

8am - 5pmPay: 15-17/hr

Reports to:

Area Manager What You’ll DoClean commercial buildings according to established checklists and service standards

Vacuum, dust, sanitize, clean restrooms, remove trash, and complete related tasks

Create a positive experience for clients, coworkers, and building guests

Communicate service needs, concerns, and emergencies promptly

Use cleaning products safely and mix solutions at the correct ratios

Keep equipment, carts, and janitorial areas clean and organized

Report damaged or missing equipment

Clock in and out accurately using our timekeeping system

Assist at other client locations when scheduling and business needs allow

Respond professionally to reasonable additional client requests

Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Ability to follow health, safety, dress, and personal hygiene standards

Availability during the required cleaning schedule

Willingness to take work-related photos or videos when requested by a supervisor
