Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to support Serena Vista and Hampton Court properties. The role includes routine upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance across two sites.
You will complete work orders within deadlines, perform electrical, plumbing, and heating repairs, paint surfaces, and document all activities. A high school diploma is required, with 1+ year of maintenance experience preferred; HVAC/CMRP certifications are a plus.
