Position:
Advanced Automotive Technician (Service Specialist / Advanced Specialist)

Our Advanced Specialists perform high‑level maintenance and repair services that keep customers confident in the safety and performance of their vehicles.
You'll be
cross‑trained across all roles
, giving you more skills, more versatility, and more earning potential.

What You'll Do (High‑Impact Responsibilities)

• Provide
  unbiased, accurate service recommendations
  based on technician findings and manufacturer guidelines
• Perform advanced automotive services across major systems: engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, tires, spark plugs, batteries
• Complete preventive maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, light replacements, and wiper installations
• Stay compliant with
  OSHA, state regulations, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Support marketing events and promotions
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and inventory records
• Assist with stocking and inventory management
  
  Perform basic housekeeping and minor building maintenance
• Build strong customer loyalty by ensuring
  top‑quality workmanship
  and satisfaction

Requirements

• 2+ years
  of automotive service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong commitment to safety procedures
• Willingness to grow through continuous training
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to bend, reach, crawl, stoop, and climb stairs
• Comfortable working in enclosed or semi‑outdoor environments
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification (preferred)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Team‑oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong aptitude for technical responsibilities
