Tipton Asset Group in Garland, TX seeks a dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to join our apartment communities. You will maintain appearance, safety, and functionality, respond to service requests, and support residents and staff with professional, friendly service.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA/HVAC certification, own tools, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
