** Role Overview
** To lead and support mobile fleet maintenance operations by ensuring all company equipment is maintained in a safe, reliable, and road-ready condition, while driving efficiency, safety compliance, and technician performance in the field.
** This role requires regular travel between Rocky Mount, Goldsboro, Elizabeth City, and Garner
** to provide on-site maintenance support, perform road calls, and ensure fleet uptime across multiple locations.  
** Day-to-Day Responsibilities
*** Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on fleet equipment across multiple locations.
* Perform major and minor repairs on fleet equipment in both shop and field environments, including road call support.
* Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting fault codes and mechanical issues in the field.
* Operate and drive PBV fleet equipment as required; must maintain CDL A licensure.
* Provide on-site leadership, training, and support to technicians to strengthen team capability and performance.
* Communicate effectively with employees, management, and vendors; utilize systems including Excel, Word, Outlook, and diagnostic software.
* Document repairs, parts usage, and service details accurately in fleet maintenance systems.
* Coordinate and monitor workload across locations, prioritizing mobile service needs and technician assignments.
