ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs. We are looking for someone who has working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, doors: interior and exterior, water heater, and painting.

* Must be 18 years of age or older

* Minimum 1 year of experience performing building maintenance duties listed above

* Basic knowledge of proper use of power tools, hand tools.

* Basic knowledge of operating a computer and Microsoft programs

* Recognize various hardware parts and methods of repair for related tasks.

* Must possess organizational skills.

* Must be able to perform unsupervised

* Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, and other equipment, systems or structures

* Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities

* Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary

* Assists in emergencies as needed
