Delivery and Warehouse Associate

The Delivery and Warehouse Associate will provide high quality food services to families in Bladen and Columbus counties with a focus on the food pack areas. The Delivery and Warehouse Associate will work with the Food Delivery Program Manager to determine and implement effective services to clients; assist with the annual inventory process and other processes as needed. The position is also responsible for preparing, loading and delivering healthy food boxes utilizing the organization's vehicle.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. The role requires physical mobility, including stair climbing, frequent vehicle entry and exit, and operating a pallet jack or forklift as needed. Strong verbal and written communication skills, customer service abilities, and basic math proficiency are essential. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment are required.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and committed to Catholic social teachings. This role may involve travel and occasional evening or weekend hours.
