Key Responsibilities
- Manages quality on roof installs, maintains communication with the install team to eliminate common mistakes.
- Manages client communication and satisfaction.
- Manages project-specific checklist.
- Keeps home exteriors safe from damage.
- Keeps debris away from walkways and neighboring yards.
- Dumps trailers.
- Hourly pay between $20-$25/hour depending on experience. $2 more per hour for bilingual.
- $20-$25/hr (DOE) + Overtime Opportunities
- Steady year-round work (no storm chasing)
- PTO + paid holidays
- Self starter and Motivated.
- Not afraid to talk to people and enjoy helping people.
- Do not need micromanaging but work well in a collaborative setting, we offer training to set you up for success.
- Someone who does not have the words "I can't" in their vocabulary- a problem solver.
- Can handle constructive criticism and is a great communicator.
- Someone who can both lead and follow
