As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Clean all areas of the facility—floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles—following company procedures, guidelines, and methods, and utilizing approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the company environmental sustainability program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring rotation, proper storage, and replenishment when supplies are low.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 – $25.00 per hour. Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
