Job Description
FT position available with paid training. Position involves residential window cleaning (inside/outside), gutter cleaning, and pressure washing. Physically demanding job performed at times in extreme weather (heat/cold). Requires the ability to work atop at 32 foot ladder and carry up to 50 LBs. Requires a valid clean drivers license. Must have excellent customer service skills and tidy appearance. Must be a fast learner, detail-oriented and able to execute jobs quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly.
Able to work alone and operate a work pick-up truck, as well as work effectively in a team. Prior experience a plus. Prior leadership experience a plus. Must be willing to be trained as a future Crew Leader. Opportunity for tips and bonuses two times a year, depending on performance as well as retirement contribution.
