As a Groundskeeper, you'll play an important role in maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of our facility. You'll perform landscaping, grounds maintenance, debris removal, and seasonal upkeep while helping ensure the property remains safe and welcoming for employees, customers, and visitors.
This is a hands‑on position that is primarily outdoors and ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes initiative, and has a strong attention to detail.
What You'll Do- Cut, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas
- Remove weeds, brush, leaves, litter, and other debris
- Water, prune, and care for plants, shrubs, and trees
- Maintain entrances, walkways, fence lines, parking areas, and exterior spaces
- Assist with mud, dirt, and debris removal throughout the site
- Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, pressure washers, and other landscaping equipment
- Perform basic cleaning, inspections, and maintenance of groundskeeping tools and equipment
- Report unsafe conditions, drainage concerns, and repair needs
- Support seasonal weather‑related maintenance activities
- Assist with facility supply inventories as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shop areas
- Perform routine site safety inspections, including checks of fire extinguishers, eyewash stations, and other safety equipment
- Support general facility cleanup and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 0-1 year of groundskeeping, landscaping, facilities, outdoor maintenance, or general labor experience preferred
- Experience operating lawn care, landscaping, or light power equipment preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Stand and walk for extended periods on uneven outdoor terrain
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull
- Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Operate hand tools, power equipment, and light maintenance vehicles
- Work outdoors in changing weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and humidity
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Take pride in maintaining a clean and professional facility
- Work safely around equipment and active operations
