Salary Range: $70,000 - 85,000

Methodist Home for Children is seeking a hands-on
Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facility operations across five Raleigh-area locations.

If you're a self-directed problem solver who enjoys working with your hands, coordinating vendors, and keeping buildings safe and well maintained, we'd like to hear from you!

• Perform basic building repairs and maintenance.
• Manage preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Respond to urgent maintenance needs.
• Manage facility projects, renovations, and capital improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records, budgets, and schedules.
• Travel between Raleigh-area locations and periodically throughout NC.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of facilities, building maintenance, construction, property management, or related experience.
• Strong hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with contractors and vendors.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Valid NC driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.

Trade training, certifications, or experience managing multiple facilities are a plus.
