Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician at The Vinoy at Innovation Park in Charlotte, NC to perform technical and mechanical tasks ensuring property cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, inventory management, documentation, and upkeep of grounds and amenities.
The role requires EPA certifications, valid driver’s license for golf cart operation on-site, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
