Siegel Group Nevada Inc. seeks a Maintenance Level 1 to perform daily unit maintenance and respond to work orders across the property's portfolio in Gautier, MS. You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general upkeep to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy.
The role requires OSHA awareness, tool ownership, and the ability to supervise and train maintenance assistants, coordinate with vendors, and assist with tenant emergencies, with on-call flexibility.
