Maria Ardon. Salary: $27 - $37 per hour.

• Apply your technical skills in electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, machine maintenance, and motors to ensure the seamless operation of our accounting and finance systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PDM), and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) on our financial systems.
• Use your knowledge of CM Precision to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of our financial data.
• Read and interpret schematics to diagnose and repair system malfunctions.
• Collaborate with our finance and accounting teams to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
• Use your operator skills to manage the day-to-day operations of our financial systems.
• Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements and implement them in a cost-effective way.
• Provide training and support to our finance and accounting teams on the use of our systems and technology.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the accounting and finance industry.
• Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, machine maintenance tech, and motors.
• Expertise in PM, PDM, RCM, and CM Precision.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Strong operator skills with a proven ability to manage the day-to-day operations of complex systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on providing practical and effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• A deep understanding of the accounting and finance industry, including the technology needs of finance and accounting teams.
• A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
