• Overall responsibility for the efficient & effective operations,
• Maximize revenue potential, maintain cost control measures to achieve hotel objectives&budget,
• Provide operational&strategic direction to hotel team&support managers in their individual roles,
• Implement the product&marketing strategies as per the Brand guidelines
• Promote the hotel through development &implementation of aggressive sales, public relations, marketing and distribution strategies
• Represent Accor in all matters relating to the hotel

• Minimum 5 years operational management experience,
• A strong understanding of Hotel Operations,
• Sales & Distribution and Revenue Management,
• Excellent negotiation, financial, analytical skills,
• Able to perform well under stress, strong organizational and planning skills,
• Ability to lead, motivate and animate a team
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English is required.
