As a Maintenance & Reliability Manager your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Maintain operations of plant and equipment in a state capable of delivering planned production levels with required product quality, in line with maintenance cost targets.
• Responsible for all equipment repairs to include coordination with outside resources as needed.
• Monitor repair progress by keeping an indicator of work progress against the plan. Update the progress of each job; initiate corrective actions as required.
• Comply with all lock out tag out and other safety norms and regulations set by the industry.
• Coordinate with production management to establish short/mid/long term priorities and schedule repairs accordingly.
• Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment, and initiate reordering, when necessary, in coordination with maintenance planner.
• Track, evaluate, and drive improvement in department KPIs including MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and post-PM performance. Support TPM initiatives.

Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Maintenance & Reliability Manager who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Maintenance & Reliability Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

• Bachelor's degree preferred. Combination of technical education and experience will be considered.
• 3+ years as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
• Maintenance experience required on electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
