Servpro of Sussex County is hiring for our duct cleaning department. We are currently looking for someone to assist as a lead technician on all duct cleaning and repair jobs. Relevant HVAC experience is a plus and will be accounted for in pay (we also train hard workers!).

• Duct cleaning involves heavy lifting, working in confined spaces, mechanical knowledge, problem solving, use of power tools, and exceptional customer service.
• Lead technician duties include overseeing duct cleaning and repair jobs.
• Assist with scheduling and inventory management for duct cleaning projects.
• Participate in emergency services rotation for after‑hours calls (water damages, etc.) and dispatch crews 365 days a year 24 hours a day.
• Achieve commission bonus potential after a successful 90‑day review.

• Relevant HVAC or related experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to participate in emergency services rotation.
• Willingness to receive on‑the‑job training.
