Public Area Attendant - Temporary
Temporary position lasting less than 12 months, not eligible for benefits. Temporary employees may be considered for full-time positions when available.

Non-Exempt - Salary: $15.40 per hour minimum (commensurate with experience)
- Schedule:
Up to 40 hours per week, based on business needs. Must be available any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Normal business hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.;
Saturday–Sunday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., but may shift for events. - Start Date:
07/17/2022 (anticipated) - Posting Dates: 07/06/2022 – open until filled
- Clean and maintain all public restrooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and guest expectations.
- Vacuum all lobbies, hallways, and entrances daily; vacuum offices at least once a week.
- Pick up trash in all lobbies, hallways, entrances, and offices.
- Dust window frames, doors, pictures, tables, and clean all glass windows from the inside.
- Perform additional custodial duties as required, including linen services, laundry, and emergency cleaning tasks.
- Hotel cleaning or custodial experience.
- Customer service or guest interaction experience.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and vacuum operation.
- Attention to detail and strong presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Lift or move at least 35 pounds.
- Push, pull, or roll a 75-pound cart.
- Work in tight spaces (e.g., between beds, walls, storage closets).
- Reach, bend, stoop, kneel, and squat frequently.
- Stand, walk, and climb stairs for long periods.
- Work with hands and experience exposure to dust, hair, lint, dirt, and odors.
Temporary position; no benefits applicable.
