Job Scope & Responsibilities

Oversee and administer all maintenance-related contracts and services for the integrated F&B and entertainment hub located at 29 Carpenter Street, ensuring compliance with service standards, timelines, and operational requirements.

Review, optimise, and streamline maintenance operational workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery, including collaborating with third‑party IT vendors to digitalise and automate maintenance processes.

Lead the development and implementation of a maintenance management application to coordinate servicing schedules, manpower deployment, vendor management, and resource allocation across key operational areas, including:

Pest control
Air‑conditioning servicing
Equipment maintenance and preventive upkeep
Dumbwaiter servicing
Grease interceptor cleaning
Toilet maintenance and related facility services

4. Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure quality, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness of services and materials.

5. Conduct cost comparison and market analysis to support procurement decisions and recommend competitive and sustainable pricing strategies.

6. Monitor maintenance expenditure and operational budgets, implement cost‑control measures, and drive continuous cost‑efficiency initiatives across all maintenance operations.

7. Coordinate closely with operations, outlet managers, and external vendors to ensure timely rectification of maintenance issues and minimal disruption to daily business operations.

8. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
