This position is ideal for someone looking to gain consistent work while contributing to a team that needs extra support with unit readiness and turnover efficiency.

• Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
• Location: Marysville, OH 43040
• Employment Type: Full-time, contract/temporary
• Schedule: Day shift (schedule may vary based on property needs)

The Apartment Maintenance Technician will primarily assist with unit punches and apartment turns
, helping the team prepare units quickly and efficiently for new residents. This role is essential in maintaining property standards and ensuring apartments are move-in ready.

• Complete punch list items to ensure units meet quality standards
• Assist with apartment turns
  , including:
  • Painting touch-ups or full unit paint
  • Drywall repair and patching
  • Basic plumbing repairs (fixtures, leaks, clogs)
  • Light electrical work (fixtures, outlets, switches)
  • Appliance checks and minor repairs
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to meet turnover deadlines

• Previous maintenance or general labor experience preferred (apartment/multifamily experience a plus)
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Strong attention to detail, especially for unit readiness
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
