Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Georgetown, KY. This role involves performing preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on various types of manufacturing machinery, including manual, semi-automatic, and automatic equipment. • Understand OSHA Compliance, NEC, and NFPA as required for manufacturing.
• Perform maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
• Troubleshoot and apply Kaizen principles to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Teach production and maintenance techniques to other technicians.
• Adapt to new technology and processes as required.
• Maintain daily administration records and schedules using Microsoft Office.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Work with 3-phase motors and VFD drives.
• Apply intermediate math skills.
• Participate in administration and 5S practices.

• Two-year technical degree with 3 years of experience or a minimum of four years of equivalent experience in a maintenance position.
• Working knowledge of industrial safety practices.
• Ability to problem-solve and work with a cross-functional team in the manufacturing process.
• Available to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and during shutdowns.
• Ability to work in high places and confined spaces.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are a plus.
• Experience as a machinist is a plus.
• Positive attitude and work ethic.
