Maintenance Supervisor

Agru America Inc., a leader in engineered geosynthetics and plastic piping systems, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its manufacturing operations in Myrtle Beach, SC. In this on-site role, you will lead a team of technicians, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facilities, and ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. You will coordinate closely with engineering and production, support continuous improvement, maintain maintenance records, and help drive a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork while supporting critical infrastructure and environmental projects.
