Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance as assigned;
Conduct proactive preventative maintenance across property features (siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator, etc.);
Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to resident satisfaction;
Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness; identify repair needs;
Assist with property emergencies and participate in after-hours on-call assignments
