Porter, Maintenance​/Cleaning

The Porter at CSC Management is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintaining the general upkeep of our properties. This includes grounds work, make readies, minor repairs, and more. This is a full-time position.

• Remove trash and debris in public areas and vacant units
• Surface cleaning
• Grounds keeping – moving lawns, hedges, clearing snow and ice
• Make ready vacant apartments
• Painting
• Light maintenance duties - changing light bulbs, restocking cleaning supplies, unclogging drains, etc.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
• Ability to operate and use heavy machinery
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
