Maintenance Technician - Alta Westinghouse Townhomes

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per policies and codes;
Completes the make-ready process for vacant units including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and obtaining supplies;
Follows procedures to access materials and equipment and notifies maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs;
Completes documentation and paperwork to document service requests;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning and painting as needed
