Purpose:
Perform industrial hydro blasting services and vacuum hose operation safely and efficiently.
- Performs wet and dry vacuum truck operation & functions.
- Performs Hydroblasting Services, including Lance/Shotgun operation.
- Load and unload equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Performs manual tasks and assists Operators and Crew Leaders.
- Performs general maintenance tasks necessary to keep machinery, equipment, and tools in operable condition.
- Clean vehicles, trucks, and equipment.
- Performs safety procedures including JSA’s, lockout tag‑out, confined space entry, housekeeping, and company‑specific procedures.
- Reports potential issues or concerns to Crew Leader and/or Industrial Manager.
- Works when scheduled and complies with the company attendance policy.
- Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures (e.g., safety glasses, earplugs, face shields) to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment.
- Attends all safety and health training, as required.
- Observes and practices all safety procedures and policies as per OSHA and company SOPs.
- Travels as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assist in other areas as needed, including but not limited to Shop, Parts, Inventory, and Municipal.
- Must be able to operate a utility/pickup truck for hauling people and equipment.
- Must be able to lift 75-100 pounds.
- Must be able to enter Confined Spaces such as crawl spaces, manholes, and other areas which could cause claustrophobia for cleaning purposes.
- Must possess a safety‑first attitude.

- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a means of communication such as a cell phone.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, crew, division personnel and negotiate with members of all backgrounds and personalities.

- Ability to make substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Ability to kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and stand for sustained periods.
- Ability to move about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to operate and maintain all company equipment and accessories.
- Must be able to use applied knowledge to formulate positive solutions to problem situations.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English effectively.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and manage priorities.
- Must be able to demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to see within normal range with or without corrective lenses.
- Must be able to stand and walk throughout the day.
- Must be adaptable to change with short notice.
High school graduate or GED. 1-2 years physical work experience; industrial or construction experience preferred; mechanical abilities helpful but not required. Must be able to pass a drug test as well as a background check and motor vehicle check.

Work ConditionsIndustrial setting, outside environment, exposure to extreme temperatures and elements possible; exposure to hazardous chemicals possible; extended periods of standing; climbing; ability to use handheld radio/phone.
