Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities

To ensure the maintenance of a safe, clean, healthy physical environment for parties, staff and guests of the facility.

• Conducts routine heating and air conditioning maintenance.
• Maintains organization’s grounds.
• Carries out routine plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair.
• Carries out routine building maintenance tasks.
• Prepares facility for special functions.
• Responds in a timely manner to alarms and codes.
• Ensures the maintenance of a clean facility.
• Service Excellence is a primary goal! Provide the best customer service experience.

• High School diploma, plus technical training and experience
• Current GA Driver's license
• 3-5 years experience working in a psychiatric hospital setting
