The Geo Group - - Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance work including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, landscaping, etc., under supervision;
Maintain security and control of all tools to ensure safety and security of staff and facility;
Respond to facility maintenance requests in a timely manner to keep facility safe;
Maintain maintenance logs, inventories, and safety data sheets as required;
Communicate with residents and staff in a professional manner to support positive relations and facility operations
