Mohawk Industries - - Responsibilities:
Supervise hourly maintenance personnel involved with maintenance, repair, programming and servicing of plant facilities and equipment;
Lead the preventative maintenance program on production equipment and related systems;
Schedule and prioritize planned maintenance work from weekly downtime to scheduled PM maintenance;
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S methodology and communicate performance to employees;
Manage supply room function including spare parts inventory and ordering to reduce MRO costs
