• Setting up inspections with the proper jurisdictions
• Delivering documents at the premises of projects
• Sharing information with the corporate office about important items with each project
• Complete projects within established policies and procedures
• Complete projects within time frames and budgets
• Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on crew safety
• Communicate with customers in a professional, considerate, and respectful manner, answering all questions and complaints to the best of your ability
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Work exceptionally well with others, competently delegate work among the crew and resolve potential issues
• Ability to follow instructions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized with attention to detail
• Ability to resolve customer concerns while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor
• Must work well unsupervised and be self-motivated
• Proficient math skills to calculate the number of materials needed
• Ability to use ION technology, such as Paycom, Field Pro, Salesforce, and smartphones
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and be willing to submit to a Motorized Vehicle Report

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• More than 1 year of previous construction experience is required in electrical, roofing, or framing
• Solar experience is preferred

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a clean driving record as determined by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

• Physically able to climb, stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Must use earplugs around loud equipment and wear gloves, safety glasses, and other protective gear
