Maintenance Assistant SummaryAs a Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our facility's appearance and functionality. From routine tasks to skilled repairs, your contributions will directly impact the comfort and well-being of our residents and staff.
Maintenance Assistant ResponsibilitiesYour role encompasses a range of essential tasks, including:
- Keeping the building and grounds clean, safe, and orderly
- Maintaining and repairing basic functions of the center
- Taking responsible care of tools and equipment
- Conducting minor repairs on various elements within the facility
- Handling equipment maintenance such as HVAC filters and emergency systems
- Being available on-call for assigned 24-hour periods
- Ensuring our customers and families experience exceptional service in a compassionate atmosphere

We're looking for individuals who bring enthusiasm and the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is preferred, but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing, and carpentry
- A strong willingness to learn and contribute to our team
Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday 1:30 PM-9:30 PM
