Maintenance Supervisor; Night Shift

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Supervisor at our Hartwell, Georgia facility, you will oversee, coach, and develop maintenance team members across multiple departments. You will plan and execute daily work activities, maintain quality and safety standards, and manage costs and resources. You will also schedule special projects and emergency repairs.

• Mentor team members to build technical competencies in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and career growth.
• Assign daily work tasks to team members and monitor task accomplishment.
• Ensure team members have the proper tools, supplies, and equipment needed for successful task completion.
• Support factory continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform required training for all employees and conduct behavioral-based safety observations.
• Ensure safety, corrective, and preventative maintenance work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Assist in budget preparation and reporting to maintain a low-cost, high-efficiency operation.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 3+ years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, production, or military environment.
• 1+ years’ people leadership experience.

The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000 to $123,000 per year. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
