Are you a skilled trailer mechanic? Looking for local long term work? We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Trailer Mechanic to join our team.
One of the largest structural steel service providers in the U.S. in Georgia. Located roughly 60 miles west of downtown Atlanta (and very close to Carrollton), this plant features a 100-acre greenfield site designed to support heavy Southeastern distribution with an extensive in-house inventory.

Trailer Mechanic Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 32.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 01:00pm to 11:00pm)
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- ASE electrical or Air Brake System certification preferred.
- Knowledge of FHWA inspections and out-of-service criteria
- Proficient welding skills in GMAW and SMAW (MIG and stick)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Able to supply your own basic tools
- Willingness to work outdoors in the elements
- Proficient computer skills and/or comfortable working with a computer, including Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively
- Ability to wear appropriate work attire (protective gear/PPE)
