• Cleaning and maintaining cottages, halfway houses, restaurants, clubhouses, security gates, sales center, administration building, rock house, jackson house, central services, pro shops, maintenance buildings, marinas, tennis centers, pavilions, pool areas, cart facilities, corporate building, plantation commons, and special cleaning projects as assigned
• Completing cleaning per established standards of Reynolds, Lake Oconee
• Stocking supplies and maintaining warehouse
• Laundry operations: washes, dries, folds room and table linen following prescribed methods and procedures for sorting, washing, drying, folding, and sorting operations
• Maintaining laundry equipment when needed
• Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and neat image
• Communicating with supervisors regarding work issues or concerns
• Interacting and assisting guests and members as needed (e.g., plunging toilets, television remote operation)

• Some work experience desired, but will train
• Ability to bend, stretch and lift up to 30lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time up to 90% of the day
• Ability to withstand varying weather conditions
• Congenial personality; able to interact well with others
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to climb and descend stairs on a regular basis
• Ability to work well without constant supervision
