3rd Shift Cold Storage Sanitation Associate

Job Details

Pay Range: $14.25/hour + $3.25/hour cold storage premium.

Schedule:

3rd Shift Sun - Thu 10:30pm - 7:00am.

• Keep it clean: follow the sanitation schedule and provide general janitorial services for the cold storage logistics center.
• Handle maintenance: safely operate equipment and assist with maintenance tasks in a cold environment.
• Monitor supplies: keep track of sanitation inventory and alert the team when supplies need replenishing.
• Stay on task: follow directions, complete tasks on time, and pitch in wherever needed.
• Monitor and maintain cold storage temperature standards.
• Take on related duties and grow your skills along the way.

• Handy skills: know how to operate basic tools and equipment safely.
• Comfortable working full shifts in cold storage/freezer environments.
• Physical readiness: comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and working at heights up to 25 feet.
• Detail-oriented: ability to follow instructions and complete paperwork accurately.
• Safety first: knowledge of handling chemicals per OSHA guidelines.
• A true team player who works toward common goals.
• Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.
• Experience or training in GMP, HACCP, and allergen protocols.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures in cold storage settings.
• Reliable; we count on you, and so does the team.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
