Compensation

Hourly Rate: $14 - $27 per hour

Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of all store areas from the parking lot to the restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Maintain cleanliness of all store areas (parking lot, restrooms, receiving area, floors, counters, windows, etc.). Ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees. Follow cleaning schedules and procedures. Operate cleaning equipment safely and properly. Report maintenance and safety issues promptly. Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
