Location: Bloomingdale
RPM Living is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to handle general maintenance and keep common areas clean inside and outside the property. The role includes grounds work, basic landscaping, and support for make-ready units.
Responsibilities also cover operating maintenance equipment safely, responding to after-hours tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Candidates should have a HS diploma and 1 year in maintenance or related fields.
