ISS Facility Management - 505 Shire Parkway - Responsibilities:
Maintain the building and its systems, including repairs and maintenance for all departments (administrative and warehouse).;
Respond to emergencies that affect building operations and the ability to open for business.;
Assess safety of employees, security of assets, and service to clients and team members daily.;
Perform painting and patching, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, drywall repair, and use of hand tools.;
Maintain access control systems, grounds/landscaping, equipment maintenance, and fire/life safety building systems.;
Comply with site SOPs for GMP spaces and pest control implementations.
