Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a part-time janitor. This role supports our full-time janitorial staff and helps maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt, debris, and spills
• Dust and wipe down flat surfaces, furniture, fixtures, walls, windowsills, and shelving
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and supplies in breakrooms
• Empty trash daily and assist with recycling paper and cardboard
• Disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops
• Remove smudges and dirt from walls and surfaces
• Monitor and report any facility issues to the maintenance team
• Maintain organized and stocked janitorial closets
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings or events as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines for cleaning products
• Take direction and provide support to full-time janitorial staff as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Operational Services

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must have a reliable way to get to and from work as scheduled
• Able to communicate and follow instructions in English (written and verbal)
• Dependable, self-motivated, and task-focused
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift/move up to 30 lbs.
• Prior janitorial experience is a plus
